If I were a voting American in the upcoming election, I would choose the incumbent Barack Obama. I would vote for him due to his idea to improve the odds for minorities, because I feel the main issue that has to resolve in this election is the economy. He has been working on a slow recovery that takes time and taking him out before he fully implements such will do more harm than good. As well his platform revolves around compromise, meaning that if everyone works together on the economy to get it back and running, it ill be the most efficient way to get not only America but the international community out of this economic drought. In conclusion, i feel that Barack Obama is the best choice not only for the economy, but for the overall success of america.

  1. You actually kind of changed my out look on this. I said in my post that I wanted Mitt to win because the economy is currently going down in the states and a fresh mind could benefit it, however it is not necessarily because of barack that their economy is down, it was already going down before he became president.

  3. In my blog post I expressed my reasons why I would vote for Barack Obama. Ours are very similar. The economy is so important especially in the United States and their massive debt crisis. In my post I talked about Obama care and how it would benefit the Americans! You expanded on the economy which I briefly skimmed in my post. Good job!

  4. I agree with your post, I would also vote for Barack Obama! I feel that he's definitely on the right track to improving the economy through his efforts to cut taxes for those who are learning low income. I also focused on how Barack Obama is "for the people" as he stands for equality, including abortion rights and fair treatment to immigrants. Also, I feel that his medicare system is efficient.

  5. Agreed, I too subscribe with left wing principles. The US does not need an inept, socially-unconscious leader this year.
